An essential stop on the GR5!! It's the ideal place to take a break, have a drink, eat a bite or simply enjoy the terrace facing the mountains.
On site you will find a café-snack bar, a grocery store with everyday products and local specialties, as well as guesthouses to extend your stay in this unique mountain village.
Hikers, visitors passing through or mountain lovers, Chez Bourillon is a friendly stopover where you can take the time to breathe, reconnect and fully enjoy the Ubaye valley of Barcelonnette.

Jean-Marc Bourillon's small grocery store welcomes you to Fouillouse, in the commune of Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye, in the heart of the Upper Ubaye Valley.
Here you'll find everything you need for your stay or hike, as well as a selection of local products and valley specialties. A convenient and friendly place to do some shopping, prepare a picnic, or simply discover the flavors of the Ubaye Valley during your visit to Fouillouse.

At Bourillon, a gourmet break is part of the journey. In Fouillouse, in the heart of the Upper Ubaye Valley, enjoy a friendly moment around simple and generous food, ideal after a hike or during a stop in the village.
There, you can settle in for a drink, lunch, or a snack in a warm and authentic atmosphere. It's the perfect place to recharge before heading back out on the trails, especially for hikers passing through on the GR5.

BIVOUAC AREA
At Bourillon, hikers passing through Fouillouse can also enjoy a bivouac area, ideal for stopping over in the heart of the Upper Ubaye Valley.
Located on the GR5 trail, it allows you to spend the night in an exceptional setting, as close as possible to the mountains, before taking the trails again the next day.
For added comfort after a long day of hiking, it is also possible, depending on the accommodation, to take a shower and do laundry . This will allow you to set off again clean, rested, and ready for the rest of your journey.
